The gender gap between employees in the technology industry has an approximate proportion of 70% men and 30% women.

- Promote greater inclusion in the technology industry: safer, more diverse and with equal opportunities, integrating the largest number of women into our teams and being a model of behavior within our company.
- We implement a protocol of action in cases of discrimination and harassment to ensure safe spaces free of violence.

Why does it have to be different?
The loss of low value-added jobs due to automation and the lack of specialization within the software industry.

Why does it have to be different?
The rise in global temperature to historic levels shows us that we are facing a Climate Emergency.
Our Commitment
- Neutralize the carbon emissions of our organization regardless of the number of members, responding to the call of the #decadeofaction to contribute to the protection of our planet.
- Maintain carbon neutrality for the company and team members by purchasing green bonds.
- Prepare the Environmental Management System (EMS) to measure water, energy and waste consumption, and establish reduction objectives.
- Monitor air quality in our offices by measuring carbon dioxide in workspaces.
- Carry out volunteer activities focused on climate action, such as cleaning beaches and planting trees.
